STAY AWAY! IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THERE LEASE PURCHASE DO NOT DO IT IM SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE!

I ran for months and made almost no money for weeks and burned through savings and got myself in deep debt that I'm still trying to recover from. I got put into a truck I didnt want after having to wait when I was promised something else. Then the truck blew a engine witch screwed me even more. they say they do a overall inspection but right out of the gate my truck had major issues.

Then they put me in another truck that I drove for a week and a half before I quit and now they are saying it needs all this work and are trying to charge me $7,000. I can't even explain how bad my experience was, all I can do is help others so they don't make the same mistake!

What they are doing is a scam and should be investigated! STAY AWAY!!!

I'm a current lease van driver. Things started out very well and a little over a month in things have gone down hill fast. I'm hoping that things turn around fast. I've been sitting more than driving. Giving it a chance to turn things around because like I said it's only a little over a month in. Well see how things progress.

I have been working for this company for approximately little over 7 months. I've had nothing but good things to say about them they've always been on top of everything to get me loads make sure I got running time. people are complaining about how about they have to still pay their truck notes whether they're on the road or not but they fail to realize that you signed a contract stating that you will pay your truck note every week Anderson does what they can to help you out but you got to understand it's part of being an owner operator. I want to change a company for anyting this company has been a amazing company and treated me very well and treated my family very well. Thankyou anderson trucking services! 82793

I'm currently a lease purchase with anderson and I couldnt tell you of any complaints that are serious...this company will take care of its drivers under any circumstance I've been lease purchase for a little over 7 months now and this is my first lease purchase since getting my CDL!!! Anderson is an awesome company even on the company driver side when talking with other drivers!!

My husband leased 2016 truck for a year paid their truck payments...lease was up so i transferred to a2018 truck brand new 2 weeks later the truck was shutting down for every little detail obviously had to put it in the shop obviously that shut me down making no money yet being still charge for those payments each week for the truck a month goes by still nothing no pay no work yet those truck note still got to be paid finally it wound up being my opinion to companies fault because the sensors were not connected to the computer each individual sensor that computes the truck they never hooked up before they leased the truck to my husband doesn't it make sense to have already had those sensors connected to the computer before you give it to somebody to lease obviously answer is of course but Anderson Trucking did no such thing so that caused me to be out of a month of pay and o w i n g 4 weeks worth of truck payments naturally my next paycheck all those payments came out a fault that laid off on the company's expense but yet was charged to me now second thing that truck I already turned in almost a year later they came back forcing me to sign a promissory note paying back $14,000 I got an itemized list because I wanted to see why I was being charged $14,000 they were all kind of stuff putting a new spark plug putting a new battery put in a new alternator put in a new armrest putting a new steering wheel whatever blah blah blah well $14,000 worth of upgrades I was charged with best I remember it only cost maybe two $300 to detail it after you turn it in instead they charged me everything to upgrade that 2016 truck to make better for someone else yes I seek an attorney now this year they just terminated my contract and withholding my last paycheck the 45 days so they say to see what shape this 2018 truck I least is in. I'm pretty sure I won't see my check even though I worked hard for that week because they're going to fix everything on that truck and charge me so beware and do not sign any contracts they're take every Penny you have so long as their trucks get paid off and it will be at your expense trust me on that and I recommend you watch every penny on your payroll deductions because the dental insurance people actually sent me a check because Anderson Trucking overcharged me so there's no telling how much mortar pennies that they scammed off of my payroll deductions it's being investigated through my attorney as we speak and yes I kept every weekly pay stub that came through the mail they took my husband kindness for weakness run gentleman run run far from this company I promise it will happen to you as well. I LEFT THE TRUCK CLEAN...EXCEPT THEY DECIDED A NEW BATTERY NEW BOLTS NEW INVERTO REMOTE NEW TOO TOP RAD HOSE TUBE CLIP NEW BRAKE DRUMS THEY REPLACED PIGGY BACK BACK BRAKE CHAMBER SPECS REPLACED HEADACHE RACKS A BOLT TRAY HOLDS DOWN BATTERY REPLACED GAGES INSTALLED A "NEW"R&R DPF DIFFERENTIAL installed NEW SENSORS BRAKE CLEANSER...R&R HEADACHE RACK RACK LATCH REPLACED ALL 3 REPAIRED HEADACHE RACK DOOR basically made a new one .It was perfectly fine when i used it.A NEW BATTERY CELL BATTERY HOLDS DOWN...SAID"RDA VENT LEAKS"so they torqued fitting to spec.???CHARGED ME FOR EVERY LIGHTBULB FOOTWELL LIGHTS LIGHT UNDER BUNK ETC....R&R WIPER BLADES CENTER DASH LOUVIOR BROKEN SO THEY JUST BOUGHT A NEW ONE AND SAID"LET'S LET×××××PAY FOR IT!!! Lie Shakira air horn pull cable... they said they'd try to use the laptop to check engine codes started with troubleshooting process and then lost a connection with the tablet will need to continue troubleshooting whatever that means I got charged $65 for what I don't know what that means but my husband was charged the washer Reservoir cap cracked and this is what kills me and stays replaced a new passenger side seat belt but the thing about that is it never had one to begin with!!!! Clamps antifreeze power steering gasket Reservoir I mean people there are actually 10 full back-to-back line of products Anderson Trucking has charged me basically they got overhaul of a new truck and took upon themselves to charge me $1,900.32 just 2 replace bottom corners of red radiator assembly elbow hose antifreeze please gentlemen beware.I SPOKE TO BRENT he told me that if I saw something that was disputable or questionable to call and he would take them off so now I received the itemized list when I called back to dispute I was told because he does no longer work there a day later they couldn't take any of those charges off so my point shows that all these up bogus charges because he was willing to remove them if I pointed them out to him but because I called today after he was let go they couldn't do it. This Is A Dangerous Game these folks are playing with you guys nice gentleman. Now, you tell folks, this is what it cost for them to clean up that truck I leased you think it's worth $14,000? I remember it was almost a year later that they came with me with this it was my job or assigned that promissory note my husband being as loyal devoted passionate hard worker I guess. That is more important to keep his job keep a roof over my head and food on the table.!!

The reason prob being is they haven't had the experience of turning in the lease truck yet!Try taking a POLL on the drivers who turn the truck after leasing it. I assure you that NATIONAL TRANSPORTATIONAL INSTITUTE wouldn't even acknowledged you guys.

Driver Road Rage ATS driver

Driving down the highway got in front of driver way in front on highway and was flicked off by the driver. I felt that he was driving in such a way to run us off the road. Driver needs to be evaluated! I would say driver had a touch of road rage! He scared me!!!!

I was warned 15 years ago that company leases are a scam. I stupidly did one anyway and got ripped off. I do not believe people are still falling for the *** Don't do it I don't give a damn what their propaganda says you will get ripped off.

Although we do not discuss individual circumstances online, we do want to extend options to discuss this further with you to identify why your experience was not at the level of what the majority of our lease drivers are communicating back to ATS.

We do ongoing surveys to gain insights to allow us to prepare programs to increase all independent contractors to have a successful career in our programs. We feel that is backed up with more than 75% of our drivers signing a new lease or purchasing their trucks again after their first lease concludes. With 1070 independent contractors currently working with us, we would like to understand why the program did not work for you. Shorted money on line hauls

Something I never see talked about. Money. Questionable no doubt. Rates are double billed, (gossip from drivers...) several have said ATS double brokers their loads and skim the linehauls before giving to the drivers. There is No transparancy at all. My experience, OD loads pay same as none OD. Line haul seems less OD bonus. Hmmmm. Identical loads going to New York, (granite loads).... Line haul going over the bridge pays + $750 plus $100 toll, BUT!, the same load NOT GOING OVER bridge into city, 60 miles away to West Point, was same $$ over all. Why the one with the bonuses had a less line haul in amount of bonus? Fishy. Who brokered it? BS. Naturally I took load to West Point. Other loads....customer stated how many miles paid in fuel sur charge, ATS paid15+ miles less. I personally saw this on my bills and statements. EVERY load's mileage paid by ATS by what they state vs actual odometer miles is on my average 85+ miles short (because they say they pay practical miles (I wonder why?)) Think about it...85 mile shorted miles of FSC alone @ 35 cents a mile = $29.75 PER LOAD! X2 loads a week. Rounded to $60 a week, $3000 + a year per driver. Not to mention what the customer actually paid. X1200 drivers = $3.6 est. million a year! No wonder these companies want to cheat their drivers by paying bs practical miles (zip code to zip code) I had some off by over 150 miles! That missed the mark by an entire state! If you complain, they want you to micro inspect your route and response with how many miles each turn is. They tell you your truck will gross upto 180k/year. I grossed 130k first year. Lost my shirt. My calculated per mile on EVERY load is always 10 to 15 cents less a mile then what ATS offers it as, due to actual odometer mileage. One or two times, okay, but every single load?! I keep good records. This way of doing business really screwed me over starting out, but I've adjusted to their schemes and fair a little better. Lost my *** at the starting gate though. Guess that was the plan. Be warned! I could go on all day..... I think I will just put my tin hat back on.....

I got one noticed this and brought it to my fleet manager attention. I was told that they bill at a certian rate but then he got loose lips and before he realized it.

He had basically told me that they were get 1.00 a mile plus the 35%. He quickly changed the subject. I've been driving for 25 yrs and NO broker loaf will EVER be an odd figure!

I think the company is a good company But they definetly ARE skimming of the top. Ive turned my truck in and have bought a truck and trailer for not much more than ATS leases.

My true ATS 1st year experience

Wtf I agree with this 100%. ATS took me for a ride on their lease program.

Stay away from their CES (Competitive Equipment Sales). First year I spent approximately $23,000 in repairs. Same issues from other complaints, truck cleaner when I turned it in, they gave it to me filthy as *** but charged over $440 to clean. Made me pay for repairs not needed and for pre-existing damages.

They LOVE to throw parts at their lease trucks at your expense. Six weeks after turning truck in, they billed me for bumper repair. They get repairs covered by warranty but bill you anyways. Forget about detention.

ATS cares less if drivers make a profit as long as their *** is covered. Their mechanics are incompetent, avoid their shops at all cost. They do everything in their power to milk your wallet. They love to throw cheap freight at you until you wise up and say you've had enough.

Never could understand that one. Wtf

Great company to work for

ATS literally revolves around their drivers. Every day, you will hear individuals talking in the St. Cloud headquarters about how they can make things better for drivers and keep them happy. It is common knowledge within the non-driver positions that the drivers are the only reason we are all here. ATS takes driver feedback very seriously, and wants to keep their drivers happy, because happy drivers stick around. We definitely have one of the best driver teams in the industry! Over all, I think ATS is a great company and the Anderson family has their hearts in the right place. But at the end of the day, it is a BUSINESS, and the primary function of a business is to make money. That being said, it's also important for ATS to keep the customers happy, which means sticking to deadlines and budgets for projects. Like any company, ATS is not perfect. However, it's important for drivers, and any employees for that matter, to carefully evaluate the environment to see that it is a good fit for them before they come on. I think ATS is one of the best companies in the area, and I do not think I could have found a better fit for my talents and personality. Disclaimer: My job at ATS allows me to work with individuals from all departments and drivers on a regular basis, and the overwhelming positive nature of the feelings towards ATS are definitely not properly represented on this website.

Truck bed full of snow

I’m a emt in New Jersey. Today at 10:09pm one of your trucks was on 295 south , the truck was not cleared of snow the trailer it was pulling was full of snow on the top. Driver went under a low bridge and it was like an explosion of snow could have cause 3 major accidents. Please address your driver.thats could have bees so bad and a major lawsuit for your company.

I’m doing fine

I’m a contractor with ATS. I amity I’m not a big fan of lease/purchase programs, but I did ok.

Now I make more money, I work less, and although I’m not 100% happy who ever is. No company is perfect.

No body tells me where to go, or what loads to handle. I control my own business.
